Is it dangerous to do Nordyx thread lifting?

Although a thread lift seems to be a more invasive treatment than e.g. filler treatment, it is really a very similar procedure with very little complications. Fillers can e.g. clog veins and make necrosis – threads cannot. Nordyx threads are always laid subdermally, except for the thinnest threads that are laid in the deep dermis. After completing courses with authorized personnel, the practitioners should have the knowledge needed to do the Nordyx thread lift treatment. They should always work slowly and calmly forward with the blunt cannula / needle and cooperate with the client along the duration of the treatment so they know if pain occurs. Local anesthesia is given only at the insertion and exit sites. In the sudbermal layer, just above SMAS, it is usually painless to insert the thread. When the practitioner work slowly and controlled, and knows their anatomy, it is extremely rare to damage vital parts of the face. And with blunt needles, the risk of bleeding and injuring structures in the area is very small. It is important to talk with the patient about any illnesses and medication they might use, before treatment.
